I'm going bald at 15?

I was diagnosed with alopecia areata a few years back, when I was diagnosed I had bald spots on my head. Now that most of my hair has grown back, there are a few spots in the front and back that are still missing hair. Lately my left eyebrow has been falling out and the hair my knuckes on my left hand has fallen out. Someone please help me. I dn;t want to tak any more steroids shots, please give me your advice.
