Question about moving to Ukraine?

Hey. I want to live in Ukraine. I've been there numerous times and fell in love with the people and the culture. I can speak decent Russian and my relatives are all Ukrainian. I am from America, but I can stay in Ukraine for 3 months without a visa. I have a job there under the table making great money, and I have alot of money from the US saved up. Instead of trying to become a citizen which seems very hard, can't I just leave the country for a day every 3 months and then re enter the country?
