Legality of posting photos without crediting photographer?

I'm a photographer who when working with a specific athletic team gave them permission to use my images as the team wished, including on their website and personal use. I have since been replaced as the team photographer yet my images remain posted on their with no mention of my name or business anywhere on the site, while the new photographer IS mentioned as the official team photographer, yet she has none of her work displayed. Basically is looks like she is given credit for 34 of my images. Do have any grounds for legal action if they don't remove or credit my images appropriately? Thanks for your time in advance.
