Is it possible to get a good Metallica sound through this equipment?

I have a Westfield E1000 strat copy, a Roland Cube 15x and a Boss DS-1 pedal. Wondering how I can get a sound for the black album with this equipment. I will be getting a Washburn with EMGs soon, so shall I just wait till I get that?
