Must haves for Nikon D3100?

Are there any must have accessories for the Nikon D3100? And also if you could PLEASE answer this! I was looking at some other DLSR cameras and they have polorizers; can you get a polarizer for the NIkon D3100!?!?!?!?! Thanks!
