Yahoo will no respond to new pword request?

last time about 3 weeks ago same problem took about 11 days to get them to do something, does anyone have a number we can call or a link other than one posted by yahoo. Can't get into mail, personals or anything with this user name that will not let me sign in with. So I know its not my messenger, its their site. Can get on messenger with this name I created to look uo what is wrong.
