Visine for pimples?

Hmm, does it work? Here in the philippines, there is A red and blue visine. My mom said that blue was for everyday use and the other was i dunno. :D So, i have green concealer here and yellow concealer(supposedely for eyebags). So, what visine should i tell my mom to buy? And what should be my regimen?
