Which engineering major is right for me is i "suck suck" at math?

They all have math you just have to do it. Get a C-, who cares. Even if it takes you two or three times keep taking it and you will get it. You're not going to use it in real life anyway. Anyone that is doing long hand math or calculations on paper is wasting company time.

I dont know why this makes me so upset?

whenever my roomate has a guy come over, i get severly angry. i get irritable, and upset to the point where i get an upset stomach. i have a boyfriend, (he is in the army and lives several states away) but whenever she has a guy come over it makes me so angry i cant stand it. i imagine its jealousy because my boyfriend isnt right here to 'hook up' with all the time. it gets aggrivates me SO bad and i need to be able to get over it. why would this be bugging me to this bad of an extent? she has someone over right now and i cant even concentrate enough to study for this test because im so angry that hes even here. it also makes me mad because her bed is right up against a wall that is my bedroom wall and i can hear them knocking into it. this seriously drives me insane. other people would be giggly and asking questions and excited for their roomate. not me, i just want to get out. i really need some help here. i cant deal with this feeling.

Why so much censorship?

There is supposed to be a right about freedom of speech, but if some one mentions a subject about drugs it is immediately deleted? And yet, there is a section for alcohol which is a drug by the way. Most other drugs are less harmful. Since it's legal it isn't censored. You may say that it is not appropriate to talk about, but really, if you start censoring things the line of free speech starts to get blurred. In reality you have no rights. It's the troof. /rant

Should I leave my almost 5 yr relationship boyfriend for someone i like?

well..me and my boyfriend have been together for almost 5 yrs..and well we have been having a lot of problems for the past 5 months. He first started telling me 5 months ago that he didn't love me anymore, and of course, I was devastated I couldnt let him go. He started to like some other girl and would always talk to her and that is what maintained the problems more. Now after all this he still doesnt love me but treats me a little better and says that he is starting to feel the same way again. But the thing is that now im the one that is in the situation that he was in. I dont love him anymore,,I think,,and I like some other guy. I think about this guy a lot and when I see him I get all nervous. He is really sweet and attentive which my boyfriend has been lacking that for a while now. So I dont know what to do, this guy I like asked me out on a date to get to know eachother. So im guessing he likes me as well. But i dont know what to do. You aren't even close to underweight, your actually a lot closer to overweight, so i'm guessing you aren't very muscular which is why people don't respect you not because your "skinny".

Is this discrimination?

Our company offers tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 a year. Four of us (same pay grade/position/ same area of work as in our supervisors report to the same boss) are enrolled in an educational program through the company. We started the program at the same time and take the same cles. When filling out the paper work, our supervisor has to sign off if it is tax exempt or not. The other 3 people's supervisors gave them tax exempt status. My supervisor refuses to write it off as tax exempt stating it it not necessary that I take the cles. One of the questions for tax exempt status is "is this cl required to maintain your current position". I spoke with him about it and he referred me to his boss. His boss said, it is not required for my position to take the cl therefor the reimbursement is taxable. I mentioned about how other bosses were writting it off as tax exempt and I do not think its fair that I am the ONLY one paying taxes on it. He said, it does not matter and he is not looking into other peoples tax status because their supervisors did not bring it to his attention only mine did. Now, I am stuck paying $3400 a year (~34%) out of my pocket in the taxes. Over the course of the program, it will costs me over $10,000. Is it legal for the company to do this?
