Enhancement Pills?

Hi everyone. I have heard many good reviews about a certain brand of enhancement pills called Actives. I have read on their site that these are 100% safe pills. However, I have some concerns about these. Does anyone out there know of any major side effects? Do they in anyway affect fertility? Are they in anyway harmful? Thanks!
