Federal refund question! I owe back taxes,made pymts to irs last 3 mos.the offset hotline has no record for me?

ive already filed and im owed a large refund, just for curiousity i checked the offset hotline and they have no records for me. i have a payment plan set up, wouldnt that show up under offsets? i really need this refund money. can i keep making payments and keep the refund??
