I suffered from 2 months of illness and gall bladder operation since then I've heavy hair loss. what do i do??

I've read that its temporary, but its been more than 15 days, I' m feeling normal but still loosing hair. Will it take time or should i take some medicine ? Should I shave my hair (head)??
