Should I move or not?

I want my kids to be closer their grandparents. They live in NC-I live in OH. I am full time employed right now but still live in based on your income apt., I have money saved up to be able to make it on a rent based place for at least 3bed no more than 450 a mth. a 3mths to pay my car note and insurance. This gives me time to look for a job. Should I move or stay here? Im torn-I want to make a smart choice.
