What was the name of that PBS show that had a talking yellow broom with blue hair that sang stuff?

I used to watch it all the time when I was younger-but I forgot what it was called. It's not that old-maybe as old as that show called 'Kindergarten' with all those little kindergarteners. (2001) Please help-TY!
