Does this have to be a tumor?

i have a (tumorish) looking thing in the back of my mouth with a white thing next to it i also hav a real lumpy tung toward the back i dont know if that means any thing but i am going to get this checked out at a dentist i jus wanna hee from u all before i go im only 15 i dont smoke soooooooo wat is it
