Dumbbell excercise! please help me!?

do the 18 for left arm too it may be hard and hurt but you need to be even or you will lose every fight cause you wont block well do as many as you can on the left first keep track do the same on right then next time do 1 more than you think you cna force it with will power then the next day do yet one more etc utill both arms can do what you right does now then add one a day to both arms until you can't do any more I usually just do each arm until it screams in pain the do at least 1 more shaking and panting like mad also use the heavy bag and pushups(if you can I can't because my body composition is noncompatible also do sit ups for ab stength and walk alot you don't need to run if you are trying to gain eat carbs like bread pasta etc if you are trying to lose eat mostly meat but don't foget the carbs and not alway lean meat if all you eat is protien and no fat you will get deathly ill
