A little help please with my little girl?

hi my little girl is 3 in december and was fully potty trained and 2 months ago started going to the toilet and then started to go on her own when she needed to go instead of asking first, but for the last 2 weeks she keeps wetting herself for no reason she wont pooh herself but she will just wee anywhere without asking or going to the toilet or the potty, i have tried the ignore the bad and praise the good, but i dont understand why she is doing this all of a sudden,
